- The current Covid-19 pandemic is unprecedented. Airlines have gone through several crises in the past, and will likely encounter further challenges in the future. Yet the current crisis may not bring us back to “business as usual” for a very long time – if ever.
- Airlines are now – more than ever – challenged to answer numerous questions in how to deal with such crises and how to empower our people for speedy recovery. It is understood that airlines which have a speedy recovery procedure will be able to gain competitive advantage.
- Various HR challenges and risks need to be confronted in the coming months and years. What processes, tools and guidance is HR proposing in order to support these efforts?
- The course is based on various case studies from the aviation industry and leading concepts from globally renowned authors and Business Schools (Harvard, INSEAD).
