Competent instructor plays crucial role in helping the learners advancement towards achieving required competences in a Computer-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) program. The instructor must actively participate in assessing the efficacy of the training program to facilitate ongoing enhancement. This course aims to equip participants with the necessary tools and tactics to effectively create comprehensive training programs that adhere to the guidelines set in for Competent Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) approach.
