Competent instructor plays crucial role in helping the learners advancement towards achieving required competences in a Computer-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) program. The instructor must actively participate in assessing the efficacy of the training program to facilitate ongoing enhancement. This course aims to equip participants with the necessary tools and tactics to effectively create comprehensive training programs that adhere to the guidelines set in for Competent Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) approach. Participants will acquire the skills to design & develop training programs, provide information using interactive learning methods, organize learning activities in a strategic manner to ensure a balanced and smooth progression, and conclude training sessions with assessment/ evaluation to be used for continual improvement.

• A valid DGR training certificate for “Dangerous Goods Acceptance” job function.
