The training program aims to train the participants on how to evaluate and compare Jobs using the Korn Ferry Hay Group Guide Chart-Profile Method to define the total evaluation points required for each job and develop their salary structure.
It will Provide participants with the technical knowledge to perform Job Evaluations and the value of Job sizing, which is the foundation for designing robust salary structures.
How will I benefit:
- Perform Job Evaluations on different levels of positions
- Identify the total points of the Hay Method for any selected job profile
- Have the necessary information to chair a JE Committee using Hay Method
- Develop the road toward internal & and external equity
- Identify means for an effective incentive plan
- Understanding the relationship between job sizing and compensation Hay levels
- Design a salary structure using Hay Method
