How Will I Benefit?
- Learn the prescriptive approach and the performance‐based approach as the two distinct methods for managing fatigue;
- Become aware of the scientific principles and knowledge and operational experience which take into account interactions between fatigue and workload in their effects on physical and mental performance;
- Be able to discuss, as part of the Part 145 AMO management system, the planning of maintenance tasks and the organizing of shifts taking into account human performance limitations, including the threat of fatigue for maintenance personnel.
