Introduction:

• A comprehensive and engaging 5-days aviation law course intended for non-lawyers that covers the most principal legal aspects of international aviation, including the principles and main conventions, Freedoms of the Air, ICAO’s technical regulations, Air Carrier’s liability, Criminal Aviation Law, Consumer Protection, Regulations regarding Aircrafts, Airline Cooperation for Route Expansion and Development, Procedures and Permits, as well as the Environment Sector’s relationship with the Aviation Industry, and the threats and challenges it faces in general.

Overall, by attending the course, you will:
