This course is intended to assist the state authorities, ais providers and aeronautical data originator organizations in establishing and managing an effective and sustainable state safety oversight system of the aeronautical information services (ais), implementing the standards and recommended practices (sarps) contained in annex 15 — aeronautical information services and the procedures for air navigation services — aeronautical information management (pans-aim, doc 10066).
